01Who we are

FragBet ("FragBet", "we", "us") is an independently run wagering platform for the Standoff 2 community. It is not operated by a registered company, and it is not backed by any institution. The people who run it are the operators you deal with in support.

The support ticket desk is the only official channel to reach us. There is no support email address, no phone line, and no official presence on any other platform. Anyone contacting you elsewhere claiming to be FragBet is not.

02Eligibility and age

You must satisfy every one of the following to open an account and place a wager:

• You are at least 18 years old, or older where the age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher.
• You have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
• You are not located in, or accessing FragBet from, a territory where online wagering is prohibited. Deciding whether that applies to you is your responsibility, not ours: we do not geo-block, we do not verify your location, and we do not verify your age.
• You are not acting on behalf of anyone else, and the Standoff 2 account you trade from belongs to you.

We do not currently run identity or age verification. If you believe a minor is using the platform, tell us and we will close the account.

03Your account

• Accounts are created and authenticated through Clerk. Your sign-in credentials are held by Clerk, not by FragBet, and we never see or store your password.
• One account per person. Additional accounts created to reset limits, evade a ban, farm referral commission, or play both sides of a coinflip may be closed and their balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it.
• Your username and avatar are visible to other players in community chat, the bet feed, and player statistics.

04Gold balances

FragBet keeps score in an internal unit called Gold (G), recorded to four decimal places.

What Gold is

A ledger entry on your FragBet account, used to place wagers, receive payouts, and transfer to other players.

What Gold is not

It is not a bank deposit, not electronic money, and not a claim on any regulated institution. It pays no interest and is not protected by any deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme.

But it does have value

Gold enters and leaves the platform through trades of Standoff 2 items on the in-game marketplace. Those items have a real market price, so Gold is convertible to something of real value in both directions. Treat a Gold balance as money at risk.

Ledger authority

The server-side ledger is the sole record of your balance. A number shown in your browser that disagrees with it, for any reason, is wrong.

05Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are manual, operator-mediated trades of Standoff 2 items. They are not automated and not instant.

• Deposit: you request an amount in your wallet, a ticket room opens, and an operator lists an item on the Standoff 2 marketplace at the agreed price. You buy it. Once the operator confirms the trade, your Gold is credited.
• Withdrawal: you request an amount, your Gold is debited and held, and you list an item on the Standoff 2 marketplace which an operator then buys from you.
• FragBet charges no deposit or withdrawal fee. On deposits, the Standoff 2 marketplace (not FragBet) keeps a 20% fee on each sale, so you receive 80% of the listed value as Gold; the wallet shows the net credit before you confirm. On withdrawals FragBet absorbs the marketplace fee, so the published net figure is what reaches you.
• Both directions require an operator to be online. We do not guarantee a completion time. A request sits in the queue until an operator picks it up.
• We may decline or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a stolen item, a chargeback, or an attempt to launder value through the platform.
• Never trade with anyone claiming to be FragBet staff outside an official ticket room, and never send an item before an operator has confirmed the trade in that room.

06Wagering and limits

• The minimum wager is 0.01 G. The server rejects any smaller stake.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout are set per game in our risk configuration and can change at any time without notice. The live figure for a game is shown in that game’s info panel, and it is the figure the server enforces.
• A wager may be rejected if it exceeds the current stake cap, if its maximum possible payout exceeds the payout cap, if the platform is paused, or if your account is restricted.
• Once a wager is accepted and settled to the ledger, the result is final. We do not reverse a losing bet because of a misclick, a disconnection, a change of mind, or a lost connection mid-round.
• The exception is a round that fails to settle through our own fault. Those are refunded at stake, and the refund appears in your wallet history as a bet refund.

07Provably fair outcomes and finality

Game outcomes are produced by HMAC-SHA256 over a server seed we commit to in advance and a client seed you control. The Provably Fair guide sets out the exact formula for each game and how to reproduce any result yourself.

• You may view the hash of your active server seed, set your own client seed, and rotate the pair at any time. Rotating reveals the retired server seed and resets the nonce to zero.
• Verifying is your opportunity, not our obligation to prove on demand. Check the server seed hash before you bet; a hash you first read after the fact proves nothing.
• Roulette is a shared round. Its outcome is derived from a seed pair belonging to the round itself, not to any individual player, so your personal client seed does not affect the winning slot. The same applies to the shared round in player-versus-player coinflip.
• Provably fair proves that a result was not altered after the fact. It does not make a game break even. See clause 8.

08House edge

Every game returns less than 100% of stake over time. That margin is the house edge and it is how FragBet earns. It ranges from about 0.5% on blackjack (under optimal basic strategy) and about 1% on coinflip and plinko, up to 15.79% on every roulette bet. On mines, tower and chicken the edge starts near 5% on the first step and grows as you climb, to roughly 15-18% from the sixth step onward.

The full per-game table is published on the Provably Fair page. Read it before you decide what to play. Nothing in these terms, and nothing in the provably fair scheme, changes the fact that sustained play trends toward a loss.

09Player-to-player transfers

• You may send Gold to any registered player from your wallet. Transfers settle atomically and carry no fee.
• Transfers are irreversible. We will not recover Gold sent to the wrong username, and we do not mediate private deals between players.
• Transfers used to move value between accounts controlled by the same person, to settle off-platform deals, or to launder a disputed deposit may be reversed and the accounts closed.

10Referral programme

• Referrers earn commission on deposits credited to players they referred, within an attribution window that starts when the referred player first arrives on your link.
• The commission rate, the attribution window, and the minimum payout threshold are set in our affiliate configuration and can change. The rates in force are shown live on your affiliate page; at the time of writing they are 10% of each deposit, a 30-day window, and a 100 G payout threshold.
• Commission accrues on deposits only. Whether a referred player subsequently wins or loses does not change it.
• Self-referral, referring accounts you control, and paid or misleading promotion of your link forfeit accrued commission and may close both accounts.

11Community chat

• Community chat opens once your account has wagered a total of 100 G. The gate exists to keep the lobby free of throwaway accounts.
• The chat rules shown when you first open the lobby form part of these terms: no harassment or hate speech, no spam or flooding, no begging, no external links or off-platform trades, and no impersonating staff.
• Messages are public and are retained. Operators can remove messages and suspend chat access without notice.
• FragBet staff will never ask for your credentials, never offer a private deal, and never trade outside a ticket room. Anyone who does is not staff.

12Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit a software defect, race condition, network latency, or settlement bug to obtain Gold you did not win. If you find one, report it instead of using it.
• Automate play, script the interface, or use a bot, scraper, or any client other than the site itself.
• Run multiple accounts, or collude with another player to arrange an outcome.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, intercept, or predict an unrevealed server seed, or interfere with the settlement path.
• Commit fraud, deposit items you do not own, initiate chargebacks, or abuse operators in support or community chat.

Gold obtained through any of the above is not yours. We may void the balance, reverse the affected settlements, and close the account.

13Suspension, closure and responsible-play locks

• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we may freeze a balance while investigating a suspected breach.
• You may ask us to close your account at any time through a support ticket. Ask us to withdraw your balance first: a closed account cannot be traded out of.
• You may also ask an operator to lock your account for responsible-play reasons. Be aware of what that currently is and is not, which is set out honestly on the Responsible Gaming page: the lock is permanent, there are no timed cooling-off periods yet, and we cannot technically stop you registering again.

14Inactive accounts

We do not currently charge inactivity fees or expire dormant balances. If that ever changes we will give notice under clause 16 before it takes effect, and it will not apply retroactively to a balance already held.

15No warranty and limitation of liability

• FragBet is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Games can be paused, a round can fail, and maintenance can happen without notice.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the Gold balance held on your account at the time the claim arose.
• We are not liable for losses arising from your own play, from a Standoff 2 trade you conducted outside a ticket room, from Axlebolt’s services, or from a third party impersonating us.
• Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version number and date at the top of this page always identify the version in force. A change that materially reduces your rights or affects your balance will be announced in-platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use FragBet after a change means you accept it.

17Complaints and disputes

Raise a complaint by opening a support ticket and describing the problem, including the bet or transaction ID. If the operator handling it cannot resolve it, say so in the same ticket and ask for it to be reviewed by a senior operator. That review is the final step.

18Third-party trademarks

FragBet is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to Axlebolt Ltd. Standoff 2, its item names, and its logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the items being traded.
