Need to stop or talk to someone?

Entertainment, not income

FragBet is a wagering platform, and you can lose everything you stake. Treat any stake as the price of entertainment, spent and gone, like a cinema ticket. Every game returns less than it takes over time, by design. Never stake Gold you cannot comfortably lose, never borrow to play, and never treat a balance as savings or a plan for paying anything.

01The maths is against you

Responsible-play pages usually stop at advice. Here is the underlying fact that the advice rests on: each game is priced so that stake returned is less than stake risked.

  • Blackjack returns about 99.5% under optimal basic strategy, and less with any other play.
  • Coinflip and plinko return about 99% of stake over a long run — the cheapest games here, and still negative.
  • Dice returns up to 96%. Mines, tower and chicken start near 95% and fall as you climb, to roughly 82-85% from the sixth step onward, so the deeper you go the more it costs.
  • Every roulette bet returns 84.21% (a 15.79% house edge on a 19-pocket wheel), the lowest return on this platform.

None of that is changed by a winning streak, a betting system, a hot game, or the provably fair scheme. Provably fair proves the draw was not rigged; it does not make the pricing favourable. The full per-game table is published, and it is worth reading before you decide what to play.

A run of losses is not "due" a correction. Every round is independent of every round before it, which is precisely what the seed-and-nonce scheme guarantees.

02Warning signs

These are the patterns most strongly associated with gambling becoming a problem. If more than one or two describe you, it is worth talking to one of the organisations in section 06 — they are free, confidential, and independent of us.

  • You have raised your stakes to win back what you lost, or gone back the same day to recover a loss.
  • You have played with money set aside for rent, food, bills, or debts, or borrowed to play.
  • You hide how much you play or how much you have lost from people close to you.
  • Playing is how you handle stress, boredom, loneliness, or low mood rather than something you do for fun.
  • You have tried to cut down or stop and could not, or you feel restless and irritable when you do not play.
  • Play is costing you sleep, work, study, or time with people who matter to you.

This list is a prompt to reflect, not a diagnosis. Only a qualified professional can give you one, and the organisations below can put you in touch with one at no cost.

03Habits that keep it a game

  • Decide before you open a game. Fix the amount and the time in advance, and treat both as spent the moment you start.
  • Never chase. Raising the stake after a loss increases how fast you lose, not your chance of recovering. There is no size of bet that changes the edge.
  • Withdraw wins rather than rolling them. A balance left in play returns to the house edge like any other stake.
  • Take real breaks. Step away between sessions, not just between rounds.
  • Do not play impaired. Tired, stressed, upset, or under the influence, every one of the habits above gets harder to keep.
  • Start with the smallest stake. The minimum wager is 0.01 G. Learn how a game behaves with stakes you would not miss, because every stake can be lost.

04Account tools available today

We would rather tell you exactly what exists than describe protections we have not built yet.

What we can do today

  • Account lock. Ask an operator in a support ticket and we will lock your account. This blocks every path that debits your balance, so no further wagers can be placed from it.
  • Withdraw first, then lock. Tell the operator if you have a balance you want out. A locked account cannot be traded out of, so we will handle the withdrawal before the lock goes on.
  • Chat suspension. If community chat is the part pulling you back, we can suspend chat access on its own and leave the rest alone.

Limits you should know about before relying on us

The account lock is permanent and manual. We do not yet offer timed cooling-off periods, deposit or loss limits, session-time reminders, or a scheduled lock. There is no self-service switch: an operator has to apply the lock, so it takes effect when one is available rather than instantly. And because sign-in runs through a third party, a lock stops the locked account but does not technically prevent someone registering a new one. If you need a barrier that does not depend on us, use the device-level blocking software described in section 05 alongside the lock, not instead of it.

Timed cooling-off and self-service limits are planned. This page will be updated when they exist and not before.

05Protecting someone under 18

FragBet is for adults. We do not currently run age verification, which means a shared or unsupervised device is the realistic risk. If children have access to a device you play on:

  • Sign out rather than staying logged in, and do not let the browser save your sign-in.
  • Use your operating system or router parental controls to restrict which sites the device can reach.
  • Consider dedicated blocking software such as Gamban, BetBlocker, or Gamblock. These operate at device level, cover thousands of gambling sites at once, and cannot be undone by us or by a new account.
  • If you believe someone under 18 is using FragBet, open a ticket and tell us. We will close the account.

06Free, confidential, independent help

These organisations are independent of FragBet. They are free, confidential, and you do not need to tell them where you play or close anything first.

If you are in immediate distress or crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country rather than waiting for a gambling-specific service.

Want your account locked?

Open a ticket and say so plainly. Mention any balance you want withdrawn first. No operator will try to talk you out of it.
