Support

A person answers every ticket, in a private room. Every deposit and withdrawal is a manual Standoff 2 trade, so nothing is instant: open a ticket at any hour and an operator replies when one is available. We do not publish a response time we cannot keep.

Where to go

Pick the one closest to what you need. All four end up talking to the same operators.

Get it solved in one reply

An operator can usually resolve a problem in one reply if the first message contains what they need to look it up. Include whichever apply:

  • The ID. A bet ID for a game round, a transaction ID for a balance question, or the deposit or withdrawal amount and roughly when you requested it.
  • What you expected and what happened. Two sentences beats a screenshot of a number with no context.
  • The time, with your timezone. It narrows a ledger search enormously.
  • For a fairness dispute: the server seed hash you noted before playing, your client seed, and the nonce. Without the hash from before the round, a fairness claim cannot be checked.

Keep one issue to one ticket, and reply in the existing room rather than opening a second one. Duplicate tickets split the history and slow the answer down.

A first message that gets answered fast

Bet 4f1c9a2e on Mines, 21:40 CET today. I cashed out at 2.15× on a G5.00 bet, but Bet History shows it as a loss.

I expected G10.75 back. My balance did not change.

Example. Your bet ID is in Bet History.

Questions players ask

How long does a deposit or withdrawal take?

Both are manual trades handled by a person, so there is no fixed time. Once you make the request a ticket room opens; an operator picks it up when one is available and walks you through the Standoff 2 trade from there. Your Gold is credited as soon as the operator confirms the trade, and a withdrawal completes once they have bought your listed item. If a ticket has gone quiet, post in it again rather than opening a second one.

What are the minimum and maximum bet sizes?

The minimum wager is 0.01 G, in all eight games, and the server rejects anything smaller. Maximum stake and maximum payout are set per game in our risk configuration and can be changed by an admin at any time, so there is no single number that stays true here. Each game's info panel reads the live limit from the same configuration the server enforces, so that panel is always the correct answer.

Are the games actually fair, and is there a house edge?

Both are true and they are separate questions. Outcomes are derived by HMAC-SHA256 from a server seed we commit to before you bet, so a result cannot be altered afterwards and you can reproduce any round yourself. Separately, every game is priced with a house edge: about 0.5% on blackjack with optimal basic strategy, about 1% on coinflip and plinko, 4% on dice, about 5% on the first step of mines, tower and chicken (growing to roughly 15-18% from the sixth step), and 15.79% on every roulette bet. The full table is published on the Provably Fair page.

Can I send Gold to another player?

Yes, from the Transfer tab in your wallet, using their username. Transfers settle atomically with no fee. They are also irreversible: we cannot claw back Gold sent to the wrong person, so check the username before you confirm.

My balance looks wrong. What do I do?

Check your wallet transaction history first, since deposits, withdrawals, transfers, refunds and affiliate commission are listed there with the balance after each one (game wagers and payouts are in Bet History). If a line is missing or wrong, open a ticket with the transaction or bet ID and the timestamp. The server-side ledger is authoritative; a stale number in your browser usually clears on a refresh.

A round did not settle and my Gold is gone.

Rounds that fail to settle through a fault on our side are refunded at stake, and the refund shows in your wallet history. If you can see the stake leave and no result and no refund after a few minutes, open a ticket with the bet ID.

Why can I not use community chat?

Chat opens once your account has wagered 100 G in total. The gate keeps throwaway accounts out of the lobby. The chat panel shows how much of the 100 G you have left to go.

How do I take a break or close my account?

Open a ticket and ask. We can lock your account so no further wagers can be placed, and we can suspend chat access on its own. Ask us to process any withdrawal first, because a locked account cannot be traded out of. Read the Responsible Gaming page before you rely on this: the lock is permanent and manual, and there are no timed cooling-off periods yet.

Trades outside a ticket room are how players get robbed

Every legitimate deposit and withdrawal happens inside a FragBet ticket room. If someone contacts you elsewhere offering a better rate, a faster payout, or a private trade, they are not staff, whatever their name and avatar say.

  • FragBet staff will never ask for your password, a verification code, or your Standoff 2 account access.
  • Staff will never message you first to offer a deal, a bonus, or a recovery of lost funds.
  • Never send an item before an operator has confirmed the trade in the ticket room itself.
  • External links and off-platform trades are banned in community chat precisely because that is the usual route in. Report them rather than replying.

If you are not happy with the answer

If the operator handling your ticket cannot resolve it, say so in that same ticket, set out why you disagree, and ask for it to be reviewed by a senior operator. Keep it in the existing ticket so the reviewer can read the whole history rather than starting cold.

You should know where that ends. FragBet holds no gambling licence and is supervised by no gambling regulator, so there is no ombudsman or licensing authority above this step. That is set out in Terms clause 1 and clause 17. A data protection complaint is different and can go to your national authority, as described in the Privacy Policy.
